One rule for the success of the Anger Management - not his anger at his family to express

When I was young, I met a couple who was a friend of our family. My father grew up with his father, Chris. Chris' mother was a very difficult character, and as he grew up, took this little Chris. He married Mary in about twenty years. Everyone had the same hot temper, maybe even a little, "are worse. Been obviously have minor disputes, but most were married, are the worst of his fights. They had four children, none of which was saved from these ravages.

Over the years, the abuse intensified.
